Anti-Trafficking Policy

Zero tolerance for forced labor and human trafficking.

As a recruiter and supplier of manpower, we hold ourselves to an ethical-recruitment standard. This policy sets out our absolute prohibition on human trafficking and forced labor, and the practical measures that back it up across every placement we make.

Effective 1 June 2026

Our anti-trafficking standard.

  1. 01

    Our position

We have zero tolerance for human trafficking, forced labor, bonded labor, child labor and any form of modern slavery — in our own operations and across our supply chain. No commercial pressure justifies a breach of this standard.

  2. 02

    No recruitment fees

We operate on the Employer Pays Principle. Workers are never charged recruitment fees or related costs as a condition of employment; those costs are borne by the employer. We act to prevent unauthorised sub-agents from imposing hidden charges.

  3. 03

    Free and informed consent

Every worker receives a clear contract, in a language they understand, stating their role, wages, hours and conditions before they travel or start work. Recruitment is voluntary, and workers retain the right to end their employment in line with the law.

  4. 04

    Documents and freedom of movement

Workers keep possession of their own passports and personal identity documents. We do not permit the withholding of documents to restrict a worker's freedom of movement, and we treat any such practice as a serious violation.

  5. 05

    Lawful wages and conditions

Wages are paid in full, on time and through traceable means, with no unlawful deductions. Working hours, rest days, accommodation and overtime follow Saudi labor law and the terms of the signed contract.

  6. 06

    Vetting and due diligence

We vet our recruitment partners and sub-agents for compliance with this policy, and we monitor placements for indicators of coercion or exploitation. Partners who breach these standards are removed.

  7. 07

    Reporting and remediation

Workers, clients and the public can raise concerns confidentially at info@easternedgesa.com or with our compliance desk. Credible reports are investigated promptly, victims are supported, and corrective action is taken — including notifying the authorities where required.

This policy reflects our commitment to ethical recruitment under Saudi labor law and the Musaned framework. We review it regularly and welcome any concern that helps us uphold it.
